CM Rawat pays tributes to Amar Shaheed Sridev Suman on his 74th martyrdom day

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat paid tributes to great freedom fighter and revolutionary Sridev Suman on his 74th martyrdom day at Chief Minister on Wednesday.

The Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat honoured folk singer Narinder Sigh Negi, literature writer Lila Dhar Jagudi, Subhash Pant, Dr. Harshwanti Bisht. Chief Minister also released “Suman Sudha”, a magazine edited by Dr. M.R. Saklani and “Guldasta”, a book written by Tikaram Maithani.

Remembering hero of Tehri public revolution Amar Shaheed Sridev Suman, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that Sridev Suman fought against monarchy in tough circumstances and sacrificed his life. “Amar Shaheed Sridev Suman will always inspire younger generations and continue to be in our hearts as a great hero,” he said.

Throwing light on the achievements and struggles of Amar Shaheed Sridev Suman, Chief Minister called his entire life as exemplary. On this occasion, ‘Sridev Suman Sanskriti, Sahitya and Shiksha Sansthan’ honoured Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat and Finance Minister Prakash Pant.
